Rick Wilson & Jo Jukes

Local duo Jo Jukes and Rick Wilson are back at the Hermon to launch their latest album 'The Ancestor in Me'. Jo is a songwriter, artist, poet and author focussing on connection to landscape and the natural world.

Rick is a drummer and multi-instrumentalist with years of diverse musical experience in post punk bands Family Fodder and The Work as well as theatre and storytelling initiatives worldwide.

Together they marry Jo’s melodies and emotive lyrics with Rick's distinctive world drum percussion. Drums, guitars, zithers, slates, sticks and bells weave their unique sound.
